These are the rules that you need to go by to keep in the RPG.
1) You can not kill anyone in a regular fight.
2) When fighting you can not fight a fighter that is a lot weaker then you. If you are 10x a person's Pl you can't fight them.
3) I would like you guys to have fun so give me suggestions by clicking on the picture below. By clicking on the picture bellow you can join the RPG, when you mail me tell me the character that you would like to be and if you have a pic send it to me too. Good luck.
4) Swearing to an extent will no longer be tolerated. If I see you swearing while in a chatroom you will be thrown out of the RPG. Don't ask questions why this will happen it just will.
5) So far I am the only one who can watch fights. If you would like to do this as well then just send me a message.
6) Limit of two characters for anyone.
7) Must pick a spot where you will fight. Weaker person picks location.
8) You can not use the same energy attack one after the other. You must use a different one while your body recovers from using the first energy attack.
9) What I say can go past the rules of training or any of these rules, but I can't just change everything at anytime. I now have a second in charge of the RPG. He is ROMULANX, he has the right to throw anyone out of the RPG if he has a good reason. He also makes sure that everything remains fair for you all. As with everthing in this RPG for every advantage there is some disadvantage, so I will not be able to change things cause it is what I want. Everything must be fair so this is why I have put him second in charge.
