King Kai is an awesome trainer he teaches you a lot of awesome attacks and abilities. Below
is the Kao Ken chart, going from 1-20Xs. You can only learn these from King Kai or a person
that has already learned this but he/she has to agree to teach you and you have to pay him for
the lessons. The lessons from King Kai are free, but if you are alive it will take you longer to
learn each step then a dead person because you are not in-sink with Other World.

Of course there's more then just the Kao Ken and Spirit Bomb training. There's also
the Super Spirit Bomb training witch is one of the worlds most powerful
attacks. To learn you need to train with him, this attack takes
one week to learn and does 500% in damage. This attack
takes three turns to charge and you may roll twice.
